In the Vertical of Property Management Services of the Group we advise and organize for our clients towards Purchase , Sale & Lease of Residential , Commercial , Preleased & Industrial Properties , we have advised and arranged on deal sizes Ranging from INR 50 lacs to 178 Cr (Single Transaction ), This Vertical was basically started in the Year 2005 as a backward integration to our Finance Vertical where in we can provide finance option to our clients for the Properties to be Purchased as to bring generate greater comfort and confidence in our clients so that there is no slip between the Lip and the Cup (Click the Link ).
